Alexey Dubkov Publisher is a private tool operated for Alexey Dubkov’s own YouTube channel. Access is limited to the channel owner and the operator authorized to manage this project. These pages do not offer public registration or access to a publishing service.

1. Authorized materials and accounts

Only use the tool with videos the owner has authorized for transfer and has the rights or permissions to upload, including relevant permissions for people, music and other included material. Access to a Telegram message by itself is not permission to publish its contents.

Use the configured Telegram source and Alexey Dubkov’s authorized YouTube channel. Do not connect unrelated accounts or transfer other people’s data without their authorization.

2. Current workflow

The tool transfers the video without editing or transcoding it and uses neutral template metadata by default. The source caption is not used. The owner and operator remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the material and metadata.

Optional AI analysis and metadata editing are enabled separately. When AI analysis is enabled, a temporary original video and its audio are sent to the paid Gemini API to draft a title, a short description and hashtags from observed content. The analysis is instructed to exclude personal identification, names and geographic locations. Generated text may contain errors; unclear or unavailable analysis falls back to neutral templates.

When the separate metadata editor is enabled and authorized, it can apply replacement titles, descriptions and tags to existing videos on Alexey Dubkov’s configured channel. It does not upload another video, delete videos or change their visibility. Describing either optional feature here does not state that it is currently enabled.

The tool supports private and public uploads. The owner or authorized operator must choose the visibility before transfer. The owner has authorized public release of the current archive; the worker processes these transfers sequentially. A private transfer alone does not authorize changing an existing video to public.

Transfers depend on Telegram and YouTube access, availability and API limits. Optional analysis also depends on Gemini access and its spending limit. Work may pause for authorization, technical checks, processing, quota limits or unresolved upload results. An unresolved upload is held for review or reconciliation rather than automatically submitted again as a new video.

3. Pause, revoke or stop

The owner can ask the operator to pause or stop the worker and can revoke Google access or terminate the separate Telegram session at any time. The privacy policy explains these controls and how to request removal of project-held data.

Stopping this tool or removing its access does not automatically delete Telegram originals or existing YouTube videos. Those remain under the owner’s controls on the respective platforms.

4. Platform rules and data

Use of the connected platforms remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Telegram Terms of Service. Enabled Gemini analysis is also subject to the Gemini API terms. The application’s handling of videos, credentials, analysis results and operational records is described in its privacy policy.
