Alexey Dubkov Publisher prepares videos supplied through one configured Telegram chat and transfers them to Alexey Dubkov’s YouTube channel. It helps the owner and authorized operator manage transfers and avoid duplicate uploads.

One authorized source
Only incoming videos from the configured sender in one private Telegram chat qualify. The application uses a separate Telegram session and creates a temporary copy for transfer.

Titles and descriptions
The tool uses neutral template metadata by default. When optional AI analysis is enabled, the video and its audio are sent to the paid Gemini API to draft a title, a short description and thematic hashtags from observed content. Source captions are not copied. The video itself is transferred without editing or transcoding.
03 / VERIFY
Visibility checked
Uploads use the visibility selected by the owner, including public release. The tool checks the destination channel, processing result and expected privacy setting before removing its temporary video copy.
Why Google access is needed
The channel owner authorizes the application through Google OAuth. youtube.upload allows the video transfer. youtube.readonly allows the application to check the authorized channel and read the uploaded video’s processing and privacy status.
An optional metadata editor uses a separate authorization with youtube.force-ssl to update titles, descriptions and tags on this same channel. Its operations are limited to video metadata: it does not upload or delete videos or change their visibility.
The application is bound to Alexey Dubkov’s channel. It is not a service for connecting other people’s channels, and this website does not offer an authorization or registration form. Read the privacy policy for the data flow, retention and access controls.
Optional analysis and editing
AI analysis and the metadata editor are enabled separately by the owner or authorized operator. Their description here does not mean either feature is currently active. AI instructions exclude personal identification, names and geographic locations; unclear or unavailable analysis falls back to neutral templates. Generated text can still contain errors.

Owner control
The owner and authorized operator decide which materials may be transferred. The worker can be paused, and Google or Telegram access can be revoked. Public release requires the owner’s authorization. The owner has selected public visibility for the current archive; new transfers are processed sequentially under that setting.
